Our Methodology

• 1. What do we learn in the discovery consultation?

  We start by using a detailed questionnaire to clarify your business, budget, deadlines, target audience, site map, project goals, competitors, technical needs, hosting, domain requirements, post-launch support expectations, and brand guidelines. We can also run discovery for existing projects that need advancement. The more information we gather, the more accurate our proposal will be.

• 2. What does our proposal include?

  After discovery, we deliver a proposal with fixed pricing, defined deliverables, milestones, and the chosen tech stack, clearly outlining any additional maintenance options once post-launch support concludes.

• 3. Why do we create a Web Brief?

  We create a web brief to adapt the brand identity for digital experiences so we can use it in the web design and development phase. We share it with you for feedback and sign-off.

• 4. What can you expect during design and prototyping?

  We start designing an interactive low-fidelity wireframe based on the web brief, site map, content and technical requirements. After two review rounds, we apply the branding and gather your insights and feedback.

• 5. How do we build and test your website?

  Once the web design and navigation are approved, we develop and test the website or web application based on the tech stack proposed. Accessibility, web security, coding and SEO best practices are the pilars for every project we work on. Every two weeks, you receive a live demo to review progress and provide feedback.

• 6. How do you review and approve the final product?

  We provide you a preview link for your detailed review and feedback, either in person or online. We then finalise with a sign-off document confirming the launch schedule.

• 7. What support do we provide after launch?

  We launch the website, configure domains and integrations, and transfer credentials so you can manage your site. We provide 30 days of post-launch support and any additional maintenance agreed upon in the proposal.
